As it begin..
Goodbye 2011, Hello 2012! (:
Hello everyone!
Did you enjoyed yourself during yesterday countdown? Counting down with family, friends or loved ones? I had a great countdown with my friends. Lovely live band concert and awesome fireworks.
A year has gone, it's been a quiet year for me with school and studies working hand on hand. Along the way, there are many experiences and lessons that I have learnt.
That was the remaining of us during the last day before each of us move on with our own route.
I'm no longer working at Toa Payoh and I have moved back to my parent company. One good thing of moving back was.. The office is located at Chinatown, more time to sleep, faster time to reach home after work. Thinking through, it's been so silly to find a job in the north area which was like consider so far from my home place. But I'm glad that I stayed on otherwise I wont know a wonderful batch of colleagues of mine and many oversea colleagues who shared a lot of experiences with me for the past 1.5 years. I left the place with lots of great memories of my colleagues and left all the memories which I shouldn’t be bringing. (:
Learned a lot when I'm back in my company. "Welcome to the world of project management, Daphne". Gain skills in various sector, learn many stuff, working with great colleagues once again. They are patience with me, taught me stuff steps by steps with great care and understanding. They are really understanding enough, when I have school and I need to leave early. They chased me off, great welfare, good colleague. I love working with them. (:
School was fine with me all along, with hard work and self determination. It's been doing well for me, although result wasn’t that pleased last semester and modules selection wasn’t that good for next semester. Everything went well overall. Met a couple a new friends along the way, all because I was late for lesson always. Being thick skin and not wanting to lost out any note, I took my encourage to talk to them and obtain all notes. :P
Graduating in 2.5 years. I cant wait to throw that hat of mine (: with all my uni friends that I have met! (:
My annoying family. We loved each other so much that once someone came home, we will start to questioning each other on where we go, what we do, who we are with. :P We can run around the 4 room flat playing catching, piggy pack from one room to another room, eating pizza on the living room floor.
And I took a plane flight first time in my life. Well to be exact, twice.. (: the first time was on business trip to BKK. Thank you for giving me the chance to travel, my passport have a Thailand chop now. I'm so happy!
The first time, I traveled oversea with my friends! 6 nights with CS peeps are loved! (: More oversea trips please.
I <3 my friends too, they never failed to make me smile, care for me. I loved being with them.
Shall have another post to talk about them ;)
To end it, the post is getting rather lengthy. Let's look forward to 2012 together! Forget about the unhappiness we had, save all the sweet moments and create more wonderful memories.

As it begin..
Happy 2009!
A year has pass. Let's welcome the 2009! =)
I remember I begin last year New Year Day by ended up myself doing WEBA and SAPP assignment. I think that the worst semester I had in poly. You might just went crazy without you knowing. I remember there is a day where multiple event happening; morning - SAPP interview, afternoon - WEBA end of module exam, evening - ITP interview.
But not too bad, my result for that semester had improved. All the hard work we hard is worth it. =)
Got heavily involved in FO Camp as the Asst. Camp Chief. Got to thanks the chairperson, Yi Wen. For giving me this opportunity. And it's been another great pleasant to work with Kelvin once again. Remember the day we have to come back school almost daily just to submit proposal. Right Kelvin?
Begin my first semester of school by attending ITP for 4 months. It is not either long or short. That when I started to miss schooling, cscc and astro. The bus ride to workplace is rather unforgettable, squeezing bus with people just to get to work on time. =S
Initially didn’t enjoy attachment much, but as time go by. Knowing how the working society is about. Dealing with unlimited task daily, I begin to understand how things work and fact of life. Perhaps that when I really understand how things work and continue to work in my attachment place after my itp end. =)
Was fortune to work in F1 this year. Was being deploy from ticketing (checking of entrance ticket) to usher at Grand Stand (the place where the starting point is) Cool view! Seeing all the cars zooming around! Know many great friends, enjoy myself watching the race. Ha ha!
Back to school for FYP. Finally found my FYP after quite sometimes, finding fyp group is not as easy as it was.Now, I enjoy myself doing project with my fyp group mates. =) most important I got to see back my friends again, although some went ITP now. I got to participate in CSCC event, get myself back to Friday session of Astro. =)
Aspiration Camp is a new camp that I have attended in poly. A camp for DSA, a camp which bring smile to the DSA camper. Enriching experience I have learn, which cant really be found outside. =)
